Welcome to Xposcan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Exhibitor", "you") and Thinkraft Technologies ("Company", "Thinkraft", "we", "our", "us"), governing your download, access, and use of the Xposcan mobile application, web services, APIs, and associated tools ("Service").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or accessing any part of Xposcan, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of Service
Xposcan is a real-time event lead capture, management, and team collaboration platform designed for trade show exhibitors, sales professionals, corporate teams, and event organizers. Key features include:
- AI-powered Business Card OCR optical character extraction and parsing.
- Event Badge QR and barcode scanner decoding.
- Manual lead entry, priority rating tagging, and custom note taking.
- Multi-user booth team real-time lead synchronization.
- Offline buffer lead capture with automatic background cloud synchronization.
- Structured lead list export in CSV/Excel format and CRM workflow integration.
2. Account Registration & Security
To use Xposcan, you must register for an account using a valid work email address and mobile number. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration data.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account verification OTPs and login credentials.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach regarding your account.
- Remain responsible for all activities, lead scans, and exports conducted under your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Visitor Consent
When using Xposcan to capture business card photos, scan event badges, or record attendee details during events:
- Consent & Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from visitors/attendees before capturing, scanning, or processing their personal or professional contact information.
- Compliance with Privacy Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring your lead collection practices comply with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and regional privacy regulations).
- Lawful Business Purpose: You agree to use Xposcan exclusively for legitimate business lead management and commercial networking.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
Thinkraft Technologies does not claim any ownership rights to your captured leads. We process your lead data strictly to deliver, synchronize, and export your lead records as instructed by your account actions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to Xposcan — including software code, application UI design, OCR engine integrations, logos, graphics, trademarks, and documentation — belong solely to Thinkraft Technologies.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Xposcan for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
6. Prohibited Activities
You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Use Xposcan to transmit spam, bulk unauthorized communications, or malicious content.
- Scan, upload, or process fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful attendee information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other exhibitor accounts, servers, or networks.
- Interfere with the stability, performance, or security of the Xposcan service platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Xposcan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain high system uptime and data security standards, Thinkraft Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability or uninterrupted OCR performance during third-party event conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinkraft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect software enhancements, legal requirements, or service changes. Continued use of Xposcan following updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
